Q: How much do we charge to manage your property(s)?
A: We understand the economy. Therefore, we set our rates significantly below the prevailing market rates. New clients get up to three month of service free. Please contact us for more details.

Q: Do we have origination fees?
A: There are NO origination fees.

Q: Do we have to sign a contract?
A: YES. There is a month-to-month contract with a list of our responsibilities. Leave any time if not satisfied.

Q: Do we have emergency answering service?
A: YES. 24/7 emergency answering service, including lost keys, being locked out.

Q: Do we provide monthly financial statements?
A: YES. 24/7 free account access through secure account portal located on estateoperations.com web site.
